Inspections typically take between 3-5 hours to complete, depending on the size of the home. This may vary based on additional factors. We recommend that our clients take this into consideration when scheduling their inspection.

Home Inspections are highly recommended! A thorough home inspection will likely give you peace of mind, protects your investment, and can potentially save you thousands of dollars in unexpected repairs.

Whatever makes you most comfortable is what works for us! You are not required to be present during the inspection. However, if you prefer to be, that is absolutely okay. We just ask that you give us the space to let us do our thing! We suggest that the client come in during the last ½ hour of the inspection to go over any remaining questions/concerns that need be addressed.

We do our best to get a thorough inspection report to you as soon as possible. In most cases, our clients receive their reports in about 24-48 hours.
